• Manage and control work for supervisors.
• Work as a QC or QA in the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in both QC and QA positions. '

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in handling audits, such as ISO audits.
• Equivalent to S5 under the new personnel system
• Mid-career hire for Assistant Manager or Manager level
• Candidate selection will be supported by the recruitment agency.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g, dial gauges, micrometers, calipers).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, assembly. and rubber production.
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership, diligence, teamwork ambition, and integrity. (To be assessed during the interview)
• Experience in QC or QA roles in a manufacturing industry. Preferably with experience in both QC and QA. Experience in strictly managed Japanese companies is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (reading and speaking) is preferred, as the role involves communication with auditors for ISO and other certifications. Japanese language proficiency is a bonus, as it facilitates discussions with KCJ and receiving instructions from Japanese colleagues.
