หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor the submission schedule
• Order the materials and subcontractors
• Inspection before handover the project
• Attend to the consultants and the owners
• Evaluate the subcontractors and suppliers
• Consider budget for the Project Submission
• Overview design concept and scope of work
• Attend to the Site and coordination meetings
• Review turnkey engineering and cost estimation
• Make presentation to the clients (mainly Japanese)
• Make presentation to the consultants and the owners (mainly Japanese)
• Recheck the Design and Estimation from the engineers or subcontractors

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication in written and spoken English
• Good in Design and Estimation of electrical power or mechanical
• Good knowledge in computer skills such as Auto CAD , MS Office
• Experience Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Design and Estimation Work / Cost Analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Professional license
