หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Propose to Customers to Expand Usage Limits.
• Increase the Number of Registered Users within Contracted Corporations.
• Explain to Customers How to Use it (Online Interviews,Webinars,Visits), and Promote Usage.
• Support New Sales [Administrative Tasks Such as Collecting Information on Target Companies, Registration, etc.]
• Effectively Communicate to Customers What the Information Platform Can do, and Establish/Expand the Service.
• Follow up with Existing Customers in Thailand and Overseas in Asia. Identify Customer Needs and Propose Better Ways to Use the Company's Information Platform to Existing Customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience Using English (Business Level)
• PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint , e-Mail Operation)
• Experience at a Japanese Company or in the Automotive Industry.
• Customer Service ( Phone and e-Mail ) / Corporate Sales Experience (if Available)
