หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials - Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation - Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers - Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary - Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information - Meets with restaurant managers regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate - Excellent personal presentation and Service minded - Experience of at least 1 years as a Restaurant Waiter, Server in Michelin Star Restaurant, five star hotel or fine dining restaurant. - Excellent command of English, second language : French, Chinese or Japanese would be an advantage. - A passion for service excellence & customer satisfaction.
