หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Handle daily reconciliations between bank and payment gateway.
Manage account receivable billing and reconciliation.
Perform day-to-day accounts payable financial and related accounting activities, ensure all financial transactions are accurate, executed and recorded on time.
Prepare journal entries in line with accounting policies.
Prepare and submit statutory reports (PND3, 50, 51, 53, 54, PP30, 36) to the Revenue Department.
Assist month-end closing processes, including monthly schedules and reconciliation, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Monitor accounting, associated system and procedures working properly and comply with internal controls, regulations, accounting principles and standards.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable Accounting or related field.
Strong Interpersonal skills, problem solving, prioritization, proactive handling, and teamwork with ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Application.
Netsuite experience is a plus.
Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with growth mindset.
Team working skills – ability to collaborate, influence and mediate effectively with other teams both within and outside of Finance.
Intermediate communication skills in English.
