- Develop, design and propose training corporate plan based on competency model and company\'s direction and strategy - Take care for training need analysis as well as development solutions in order to address functions as well as company goals - Create and implement development activities in order to enhance learning curve and adult learning style - Handle training delivery as well as control and improve its quality - Propose, manage and control training and development budget according to the approved budget - Seek for new methodologies in developing people as well as lead team to implement them - Manage and control learning and development database and its document, such as tax reimbursement, training record, etc. - Improve learning and development system to be updated when benchmarking with external organization - Participate in Learning and Development project as assigned, for example, mentoring and coaching project, follow-up project, culture project, etc. - Coach and develop his/her subordinates by clearly set up and implement IDP
