Service Desk Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Single point of contact for IT incident, problem and IT service request form end-user -Gathering the customer's information and to determine the customer's issue by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem -Analyze and register service ticket according to the procedure -Escalation to next level support or vendor support, assisting and tracking problem status through closed -Follow up and ensure end-to-end IT service delivery -Handling customer complaints or any crises, such as system down or security issues -Give an advice and information to customer through phone or email communication

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <p>-Male/ Female with Thai nationality</p> <p>-Bachelor&#39;s Degree of Computer Sciences, Business Computer, Computer Engineer or IT related field.</p> <p>-1-3 year experiences in supporting computer client hardware and software</p> <p>-Good interpersonal skill and service minded</p> <p>-Good problem solving and communication skills</p> <p>-Passion, positive and creative to continue development the personal skills</p> <p>-Self motivated, active and hard working</p>
