Technical Sales Representative (Food Ingredients)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Corporate with the team in expansion sales and responsible for the set target • Ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives by mean of implementation. •Achieve target set up to increase market share and sales through acquisition and retention of customers. • Build product propositions with existing customers and identify new business opportunities. • Propose improvement and/ or within internal and external processes to Sales manager so as to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. • Establish and continuously product and market knowledge development so as to be more efficient. • Obtain reliable market information to participate in establishing and preparing solid business plan(s) and budgets. • Obtain sufficient market and product knowledge so as to carry-out technical selling, not just compete on price.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Male/ Female age 24-30years old • Minimum a Bachelor degree in Food Science & Technology or related field • Having 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, QA or R&D with Selling and Marketing skill • Good technical, sales, marketing and negotiation skills •Team player, fast learning •Having decision making and solving skills •Good communication and interpersonal skill •Having technical background within food industry and having a commercial degree would be an added benefit
