- Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations. - Develop and implement HRM and HRD strategies and policies. - Recruit, train, retain, and develop employees with essential skills for business success. -Assist in developing and promoting the company's corporate philosophy. - Plan and oversee internal and external activities and events to promote the corporate philosophy. - Implement performance management processes that align with company vision, core values, and behavioral competencies. - Establish and measure functional KPIs and objectives for individuals, teams, and the company in line with business strategy. - Oversee effective succession planning, identifying and developing internal talent. - Lead the creation and delivery of the company's talent strategy at both strategic and operational levels

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree is a plus) - 4+ years of experience in general human resources functions within a manufacturing environment. - Previous experience managing of Hr-team is beneficial. - Experience working in a garment factory is an advantage. - Strong and confident personality - Excellent people skills - Proficient in English - Familiarity with compliance such as ISO9001, COC and/or C-TPA is a plus
