หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Collect and gather data of sales and marketing department
- Research, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify gaps and opportunities to improve product proposition and customer experience.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the new process or position will be best serve to targeted customers (e.g. testing of customer value proposition, product concept, customer journey).
- Continuously utilize and apply research and insight to work in collaboration with segment, product and marketing teams to turn the insights into business strategy and plans.
- Analysis data that related to sales for competitive opportunities
- Transform data into structural and meaningful format for analysis by sale or executive
- Provide recommendations for improving data quality, accuracy, and completeness

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- At least 5 - 7 years experience in Data Analyst or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, and other tool related with data
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
