People Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work closely with CEO and management, providing guidance
• Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues
• Maintain and lead on day-to-day employee management, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing legal risk
• Provide performance management guidance to management team
• Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, morales, productivity and retention
• Lead the recruitment efforts, managing end-to-end recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies, process and employee life-cycle
• Coach and ensure team members to conduct HR operation activities, e.g. payroll and office administration

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2+ year experience in HR-related areas
• Self motivated and self confident
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Able to travel upcountry (<10% of time)
