Cloud Service Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Partners and co-owns sales activities at a customer level with the field-based account manager. - Analyze & gather business requirements from large & complex client environments and perform required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements. - Responsible for partnering with an account manager to drive net new business opportunities within the existing regional account base as well as supporting customer acquisition activities as assigned. - Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with other engineers, architects, practice leads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external). - Develop overall solutions including high-level design (e.g.-Whiteboarding), statements of work (SOW), service design and bills of materials (BOM). - Act as a technical evangelist for marketing activities including speaking/presenter engagements at conferences, conventions, user groups, webinars, etc. - Partner with stakeholders and drive solution marketing activities by preparing and delivering content and messaging. - Provide senior architectural leadership to all phases of the cloud program, including the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud application architecture subprograms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 24-35 years old 1+ years of experience working in Systems Engineering role or IT Support role At least 1-3 years’ work experience in cloud solution system or outsource service Multiple years of experience positioning cloud technology to the Enterprise market Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud. Ability to quickly learn, a high-level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, collaboration and creativity. VMware virtualization product sets Networking skills (routing/firewalls/switching) Replication technologies or Disaster Recovery technologies Ability to clearly document and communicate architectural concepts at multiple levels Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Graduated Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Engineer or another related field.
