หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Planning shipments and cooperate for customer requests 2. Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries, checking and update the status of shipment order, also solve the problem and coordinate with customer, courier, shipping company and also our warehouse team 3. Prepare the documents to support the clearing shipment process with the shipping company and suppliers 4. Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery 5. Maintain updated records of customer’s shipment orders up to date 6. Provide information to customers about the status of their orders 7. Answer queries by clients 8. Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails 9. Liaise with trade partners and customers. 10. Arrangement and coordination of warehouse for requisition and delivery 11. Ad-hoc work as per Manager’s instruction

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, Customer service or similar role 2. Experience of importing and exporting with clearing shipment process 3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills 4. Good communication skills 5. Attention to detail 6. Able to work adhoc 7. Basic computer knowledge 8. Able to work independent with high responsibility and good attitude
