HR Manager (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing strategies to attract and recruit top talent for all operational and administrative roles.
• Employee Relations: Fostering a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback for employee development.
• Compensation & Benefits: Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Training & Development: Creating and managing training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
• HR Compliance: Staying up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensuring company compliance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable factory company.
• Well-versed with Thailand Employment Ordinance, know China Employment Ordinance is an advantage Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese or English
