Sales Assistant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• OUR MAJOR BRANDS -Siemens, Schneider electric, Mitsubishi electric, Danfoss, ABB, Eaton, Delta, Legrand. They must have experience in our brand. Advising & serving customers. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures. Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need. Ensuring stock levels are well maintained. Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability. Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management. Receive and unload new shipments. Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service. Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products. They must first become an authorized distributor of the products we sell. Buying goods for sale and getting money from customers, getting items that are not in the store from other side and giving them to the customer etc. Sales targets are 1,500,000 baht per month (per person) If they achieve the target, they get 15,000 baht as commission (1% of total sales)
