Maintenance Section Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Maintains open communication with Plant Manager regarding team progress toward department goals 2. Plan and manages business unit/department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligns with company business goals & objectives 3. Manager operational schedule to improve productivities and reliabilities 4. Develops operating plans to anticipate future operational needs and technology linkages 5. Support established plant and department goals & object, including development and maintenance of program and procedures for engineering and maintenance areas 6. To assist, suggest to other departments and/or other persons in organization about human resource development and management, in order that to save and reduce organization expenses and can get the best benefits to the company 7. To create, write, review department’s document, procedures, work instruction within department to comply the company policy and international quality standard requirements 8. To suggest, give direction and support proper training and knowledge to team and /or other persons within organization to concern in human resource management company rules & regulations etc. to ensure that target group to understanding and apply appropriately and use effectively to comply with the existing standards 9. To control, manage employee’s time attendance, overtime, and overtime in holiday (if have). To evaluate annual appraisal of subordinates, together with justify giving goodness - penalty to subordinates based on integrity, fairness under the company scopes by effectively 10. Prepare for department’s annual budget and details to submit to executive consideration and approve, and manage, control department expenses to under annual budget effectively 11. Manage and supporting in human resource management such as training & development, employee relations, annual appraisal, employee retention and encouraging in career succession appropriately by under the company policy, company rules & regulations by integrity, fairness, reveal, without bias, comply with legal, morality, culture and good ethic 12. Any tasks assigned by Supervisor and / or the company representative 13. In case Maintenance Section Manager is absent or can not manage, Plant Manager will be in charging all M&E functions

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering 2. At least 8-10 years of professional experience in food manufacturing. 3. Have experience in project management, maintenance & engineering. 4. Soft and hard goods knowledge preferred. 5. Ability to prioritize and adjust to changes quickly. 6. Problem solving Skills. Flexible, logical and practical. Strong interpretive skills 7. Works successfully under tight deadline 8. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision 9. Process dynamism, leadership and people skills good communication skills and resulted oriented 10. Good command of written and spoken English 11. Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft office
