หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• o Culinary : To be creative application of NWF products into key customers menu or product list. To be able to educate and train both Sales and NPD in basic and advance culinary techniques and in-depth understanding of cuisines and flavors. o Sales: To be able to find out of the box solutions for key customers and bridge it with a NWF product or capability. To be able to provide proper support for key customer and maintain the top of find status of NWF. To be able to understand the key capabilities of NWF and to know its limitations. o Marketing: to be able to be abreast on the key food trends. To work closely with marketing in the analysis of key trend date and consumer insights.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Bachelor Degree or higher in Food Science or any related field.  Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional experience with proven results in Product Innovation that deliver superior customer service.  In-depth knowledge of coating and seasoning applications and general food technology in food industries.  Hands-on technical with problem solving skills and determine ways to improve and develop these.  Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Ability to communicate complex technical issues with good presentation skills.
