Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and executive integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all business units.
• Manage and promote Phothalai Bangkok as a premier.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for all business units.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM and online advertising.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Develop strategic partnerships, Organize and manage promotional.
• Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) programs, loyalty initiatives, and membership campaigns to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through data analytics and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Manager, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, CRM, and partnership development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
