หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Provide support to customers by phone; answering questions, giving advice to customers about the product and repairing solutions. -Follow up on customer requests/issues or escalate to supervisors when needed according to department processes -Answer customer calls with accurately, efficiently and professionally by following call center processes. -Handle the service job on CRM system. -Responsible for other tasks relating to after sales service as assigned

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Key Qualifications: -Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. -Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel -Able to work on shift schedule. -Be able to communicate in English or Chinese. Personal Characteristics/ Attributes: -Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility -Able to work in a team environment -Possess good service mind and patient
