1.Responsible for the company's existing infrastructure facilities, systems and networks, such as VM virtualization, firewall and core switches; 2.Responsible for technical support of computer operating system, office software as well as hardware and daily management of server room; 3.Support the establishment of call center system, including special line connection and testing, SIP Trunk connection; 4.Install and configure the server according to the networking architecture of the server; 5.Call center network fault elimination, voice fault elimination, system network fault elimination, etc. 6.Analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems. 7.Developing architecture plans for voice and data services. 8.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. 9.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science; At least 3 years relevant working experience; 2. Familiar with Windows/Linux operating system, LAN configuration, network management, network maintenance and troubleshooting; Multi-industry software installation and maintenance experience is preferred; 3. Have the implementation experience of medium and large companies or the implementation experience of call center with more than 30 people; 4. Familiar with database, Shell, IP network routing switching, firewall and other network technologies; 5. Familiar with CTI, IVR, CIM, SIP, sound recording and other call center system functions, with certain experience in problem judgment; 6. In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols. 7. Previous experience working as a VoIP Network Engineer.
