Senior IT Application Support (API Shared Services, BPM & ECM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Application Support & Service Management
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for enterprise applications and shared services
• Monitor application performance and ensure service availability according to agreed SLAs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure reliable communication between ERP, CRM, ECM, BPM, and third-party systems
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Ensure application changes are implemented following IT governance standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Application Support, Enterprise Systems Support, or IT Operations
• Minimum 3 years in a Senior Support, Lead Support, or Application Specialist role.
• Strong experience in API Integration Support, BPM Workflow Management, and ECM/Document Management Systems.
