- Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Process Design IT Service Management (ITSM) Design and optimize processes and IT & Non IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- System Design & Configuration Configure ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- 3–7+ years of experience in: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Functional Skills Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in asset lifecycle management, Business process modeling and workflow design
- Technical Understanding Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
- Understanding of integration technologies (API, web services, batch processing)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of CMDB and configuration management
