Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting
Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
Have familiar with enterprise network and System infrastructure
Configuraiton maintain various network and System deivce(e.g Cisco SDWAN,Palo-alto Firewall,Window Server, WSUS,DNS)
Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement
Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor

Experience as a Technical System engineer or Solid background in System Infrastructure
Strong Technical Experience with Window server 2022, WSUS, Reverse Proxy, AD, DNS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, Storage
Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco switch, Prisma(Palo Alto Firewall),IPSec, SDWAN Viptela
Good command in English
Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
MCSA/MCSE/AWS SysOps Administrator
