• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations and be responsible for overall source-to-pay
• Identify and negotiate commercial cost reduction opportunities
• Partner with operations, business teams and other stakeholders in sourcing for construction & improvement of data center as well as developing and executing procurement plans aligned with business strategies and priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders including executive-level

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering and excellent understanding of electrical system (MDB, generator, UPS) and mechanical system (cooling, ventilation)
• 12+ years’ previous experience in Procurement is a must, with 2+ years’ sourcing experience in China.
• 3+years’ previous experience in sourcing & purchasing of civil construction, electrical and mechanical for data center will be advantage
