Accounting Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Communicate with customers regarding invoicing and payment of invoices. - Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents. - Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger. - Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups. - Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in field of Accounting or Finance • Minimum of 1-2 years direct experienced in Accounting (AR/AP) of Hotel or Service Apartment • Experience in pre-opening Hotel/Apartment will be advantage • Able to multi-task and meet tight timelines • Honest and trust worthy • High responsibility and good interpersonal skill • Computer literate in MS Office • Good command of English
