IT Installer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install, configure, and test computer hardware, software, printers, and networking equipment. Set up workstations, servers, and peripheral devices according to specifications. Ensure systems are installed correctly and are functioning properly. Perform cabling, mounting, and physical setup of IT equipment. Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute installations and upgrades. Provide on-site or remote technical support during and after installations. Document installation procedures and maintain records of completed work. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Higher Vocational Diploma in Information Technology. Proven experience as an IT Installer, IT Technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and peripheral equipment. Familiarity with cabling standards and tools. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client locations when needed. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking. Strong customer service orientation. Thai Nationality. Must have good spoken and written in English and Thai. Personal vehicle with license. Comfortable working in various environments including offices, server rooms, and construction sites.
