Responsible

• Install, configure, and test computer hardware, software, printers, and networking equipment.
• Set up workstations, servers, and peripheral devices according to specifications.
• Ensure systems are installed correctly and are functioning properly.
• Perform cabling, mounting, and physical setup of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute installations and upgrades.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support during and after installations.
• Document installation procedures and maintain records of completed work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

More qualification

• Higher Vocational Diploma in Information Technology
• Proven experience as an IT Installer, IT Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with cabling standards and tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client locations when needed.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Thai Nationality.
• Must have good spoken and written in English and Thai.
• Personal vehicle with license.
• Comfortable working in various environments including offices, server rooms, and construction sites.
