หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To record all AP & AR vouchers with approved by authorized person and all complied with policy
• Review accounting transactions that are recorded in proper account, cost center and post transactions in the system.
• Verify all VAT and W/H Tax are calculated accurately per Revenue Department regulation, also check the PP 30, PND 3, 53 applications before submission to Revenue Department
• Control the check list to completely before monthly closing process of accounting officer.
• Prepare break down details for month end closing.
• Supervise, support and share useful knowledge to team
• The reports about disorders and several issues in the operation.
• Basic troubleshooting on working with the system.
• Verify the accuracy of the vendor profile before added new vendors in the system.
• Perform physical count of petty cash.
• Other related work assigned by manager.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good understanding and skills of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, communication skills
• Good command of the English language.
