หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and mange Import & Export data such as Inventory Data, Production order and shipment summary.
• Prepare and provide documents to clients with forwarder in accordance with the terms of shipment.
• Coordinate with oversea consignee / shipper , forwarder , and carrier to satisfy consignee requirement.
• To assist in checking sea freight and air freight for import information stored during a flight operaton.
• To inform and improve the situation to internal organizations.
• Make monthly report such as Shipper performance and etc.
• Provide general administrative support among team.
• Comparison freight cost and shipping cost for calculating cost of goods.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ฺฺBachelor'degree in Logistics, Management or a related field.
• Welcome new graduates, if you have experience in export documentation will be an advantage.
• Good organizational and administrative skills for managing paperwork data entry and coordinating tasks with sales team.
• At least 1 years experience in Logistics or Export and Import job function (B/L, Invoice Packing List, Shipping Mark).
• Good command in English especially speaking & writing.
• Proficiency in computer programs; excel Microsoft word , Power point and internet.
• Ability to work under pressure with self -starter environment.
