Tenant Service Executive (Gateway Bangsue)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work closely with S&L team, to close the deal for sales & leasing contract. - Delivery of Tenant Services operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for Tenants. - Maintain positive business relationships through Tenant relationship activities - Work closely with Tenant Services Section Manager and Corporate Sales & Leasing Group to successfully close sales and keep tenant’s data base. - Liaise with operation team to make an appointment with the tenants for check lease areas, renew, refund for security deposit, sign agreement and follow about pay which include outstanding debt. - Work closely with GM, Tenant Services Section Manager, Sales & Leasing, Marketing team to ensure the successful of any key business activities - Renew the lease agreement of Non-Key Account Tenants within timeline, and regularly update the customer information through CRM system correctly and completely for timely use. - Work closely with finance team to ensure the smooth operation of GP collection data and Invoice / Receipt release to customer on time and with accuracy. คุณสมบัติ เพศ : ไม่ระบุ อายุ(ปี) : 25 - 35 ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 - 5 ทางด้านร้านค้าสัมพันธ์ อื่นๆ : ไม่ต้องมีคะแนน TOEIC
