Sales Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Communicate effectively with the team and clients to maintain existing relationships assisting in the creation and development of new client relationships.
• Assisting with sales and administrative tasks such as answering the phone, making vendor calls, key customer’s data in CRM system, etc.
• Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals.
• Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
• Coordinating and responding to any internal meeting requests.
• Work as assigned by the sales team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business Admin. or related field)
• Good command of reading and writing English
• Proficient computer skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work with team and individual with fast an accurately and problem solving
• Have communication skills, good personality and service minded
• Patience,‘can-do’ attitude and time-management skills
• Contract employee based at Bangkok
• Proficient in using SAP will be considered an advantage
