Sales Planning (Japanese Speaking N3 or higher)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibility: • Forecast, manage sales volume; manage to gather money or pick up checks from outstanding clients, maintain good relationship with existing customers and source new potential clients and coordinate with clients on the new product design and development with the objective • Generate sales volume to achieve the sales target. And maintain relationship with in-house parties. • Forecast, manage sales volume, prepare quotation for clients, and investigate market price and manage debtors to achieve the sales target (equivalent to the production at its full capacity) • Manage to gather money or pick up checks from outstanding clients and push Purchasing and Accounting sections of clients for any late payment to ensure the payment on time. • Maintain good relationship with existing customers and source new potential clients from BUILT (BOI) • Coordinate with clients on the new product design and development get factory involved in designing new process (model, quality), reduce cost to increase sales target and enlarge product portfolio within electronics and other industries (such as automotive industry, etc.) • Prepare and provide monthly report on “sales” and “outstanding stock level” to GM (marketing) to use as a support document and provide information for the sales & production meeting. • Other task assigned by Supervisor. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferable Electrical Engineer or Marketing • Experience 3-5 years in Sales Engineer (Forecast and Manage Sales) • Specific knowledge : Domestic & International electronics market, Production process in a manufacturing company • Good command of business level in (JLPT N3 or higher) : Japan • Interrelate with people at all levels both internally and externally • Create and build relevant connections • Generate ideas and design implementation • Choose timely and rational best options • Undertake, delegate responsibilities, and empower people • Meet communication requirements in required language Work Location: • Sorachai Building Soi Sukhumvit 63, Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok (BTS Ekkamai Station) Working Time & Date: Monday-Friday : 8.00 - 17.00 (Sat-Sun Day off) Company Business: • Manufacturer of Soft Ferrite Cores รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม
