หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze data across multiple websites and social media platfroms to understand consumer insights and consumer behavior, as well as to draw actionable insights that will help our clients achieve their strategic communications objective.
• Utilize our Zanroo-owned software, as well as Microsoft Excle and PowerPoint, to process data, discover insights, and produce understandable reports for clients.
• Plan and share how to improve report quality in order to meet the changing needs of client.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Success and Research and Development to deliver a better outcome and exceed client expectation

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• Agency experience, specifically a client-servicing role with report writing experience is preferred.
• Good analytical and logical skills-able to translate data into actionable insights in the simplest and concise fashion, eye for datails, and ask the "what does this mean?" to the data
• proficient in using Microsoft Excle, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Social Media enthusiasts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, YouTube and Pantip.
• A self-starter with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
