OCEAN EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for ocean freight export shipments • Contact liner to get export booking. • Create and send AWOT Export Booking to customer. • Utilize routing information to create freight booking, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency for the loads • Coordinate with customer (Exporter), shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments • Tracking, tracing and updating the status of export shipment until arrival. • Ensure smooth export operations / documentations • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• · Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Management, Logistics or any related field. · Good command of English and Chinese, written/ spoken (Business/Conversational Level) HSK 5 · Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint ). · Can-Do attitude. · Can work well under pressure. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Fresh graduates are welcomed.
