CS Air Import (ขอคนมีประสบการณ์ตรงจากบริษัท Freight Forwarder เท่านั้น)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Customer Service & Communication. Act as the primary point of contact for air import customers.
• Shipment Coordination. Arrange and monitor air import shipments from origin to final destination.
• Documentation & Compliance. Review and process air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required import documentation.
• Operational Support. Maintain accurate shipment records in the company’s freight management system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Management, Logistics or any related field
• Have 3–5 years of direct experience in Air Import Customer Service within a Freight Forwarding company
• Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )
• Good command in English
• Can-do attitude & Work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
