Senior DCS Engineer, Instrument Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review the requirement of ITB/TOR/ Project Specification and prepare conceptual design, overall plant configuration, Network Connection Diagram, DCS/Process Control Philosophy and Control Room & Instrument equipment layout/Plant layout, etc.
• Prepare, Review, Clarification for control & instrument documents and drawings such as Control configuration, DCS/Process Control Description, Functional Control Logic/Sequence, Online Performance Calculation, Process control/Sequence Control monitoring and Alarming, , I/O list, Alarm list, Communication Signal List, DCS Graphic/HMI Specification, Loop Diagram, Package Control Equipment Interfacing, Equipment sizing calculation, Technical Specification, Equipment foundation drawing, Tie-in location, RFQ documentation, etc.
• Prepare/Review of Procedure and Report for Factory Acceptance Test, Installation Procedure/Method Statement, Site Acceptance Test, Commissioning Test
• Co-ordinate with suppliers/vendors related to Design/ Engineering, Factory Acceptance Test schedule, Delivery schedule, Construction schedule, O&M training schedule and Testing& Commissioning schedule.
• Plan and prepare 3-Months rolling schedule, Weekly schedule included issued daily report, weekly report and monthly report to the manager.
• Monitor and control sub-contractor included sub-contractor management for Control and Instrument works to ensure the succession of the project according to project master schedule.
• Monitor and review design change requirement and notify to the manager for material cost and installation cost.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with outstanding records
• At least 3 years, 8 years(Senior) of experience in EPC for Oil Refinery, Petrochemical Plant, Large Scale Industries or Infrastructures
• Self-Initiative thinking, leadership competency, logical judgment and be able to work under pressure Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
• Well familar with International E&I code such as ISA/ANSI/NEMA/NFPA/IEE/IEC/VDE/DON
• Be able to work for design and engineering works including construction works
• Be able to work at Bangkok and upcountry such as Rayong, Chonburi
