หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for processing all claims effectively, as per Audi’s guidelines. 2. Responsible for all warranty claims submission into SAGA/2 within 10 days from repaired date. 3. Responsible for the claim processing are accurate submission with completed documents. 4. Ensure checking on recalls/campaigns, damage and service histories in Elsa-Pro before submit the claims, including to explain on the matter of claim rejection/re-submission. 5. Review, analyze, investigate, follow up and report on questionable claim request. 6. Responsible for initiating warranty recall, service campaign upon given instruction by Audi. 7. Communicate with Service Manager in all aspects of warranty progress, investigation and reporting. 8. Collect and maintain all warranty documents necessary for audit. 9. Fill-in Warranty Claim Activity Report by Daily. 10. Responsible for retain and maintain faulty parts await return to Audi by having a locked room. 11. Other warranty duties as assigned.
