หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description His Function and responsibility lead the quality inspection and QC work as assigned by Site QC Manager Duties and responsibilities • Manage to site quality division to make job run in accordance with project specification. • Carry out the construction quality inspection and summarize inspection record. • Responsible for each construction quality control inspection and Test. • Responsible for material and equipment inspection. • Review each inspection and test record. • Supervise the marking for material, equipment and status of product at different construction phase. • Manage and supervise QC personnel to inspection process before, during and after work completion. • Coordinate with RMS construction team in order to guide them to implement the work conforming to project quality requirement. • Coordination with the field subcontractors for all procedure, specifications and QC inspection reports • Control the Site QC inspectors and site QC Document control • Selection of welds for non-destructive testing • Monitor any Post Weld Heat Treatment on site and review the completed test reporting • Coordinate with Client to receive information from Client, report the quality status to Client and solve quality related problem occurred in job site. • Train, educate the whole site staff to make them understand project specifications. • Establish and review the weld map on Isometric Drawings. • Establish and review the Material Heat Number on DWR • Coordinate the issue of nonconformance reports through the site QC manager • Compete site quality instructions to sub-contractors when required • Checking the hydrostatic test packages for all QC documents as required to compliance with project specification prior to testing • Review the MDR.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications • Graduate engineering in mechanical or metallurgy engineering. • QC Engineer shall possess at least 5-6 years Quality Inspection or Welding experience in Power Plant, Oil and Gas. • Experience managing and implementing EPC contracts for all quality related activities • Professional Certification with respect to Quality and NDT would be considered advantageous • Knowledge and Understanding of relevant codes and standards for Power Projects Oil & Gas like ASME, NBIC, ISO, etc.
