BAT NORTON is an international Street-wear brand based in Saint Petersburg. We started out as a webshop in 2011 and within 3 years we became one of the top Russian clothing brands, known for its dynamic and open-minded team and extravagant, yet classy style. We've opened our first store in Saint Petersburg in the end of 2013, and one in Moscow just a few moths later, both of them immediately became a mecca for local trendsetters.

Now we are opening our first international project which include garment factory, office and shop in the great Bangkok.

Now we are choosing the premises for the opening of the experimental workshop. Those who will be at the origins of the creation of this project will become the basis of Bat Norton in Thailand. In the near future, we plan to open three stores in the largest shopping centers in Bangkok. We have a unique design, and we invite you to become the creator of a new street fashion icon in Thailand.

The first and most important part of the workflow will be working with printed patterns and translating them into digital form with gradation taking into account the local dimensional grid. You will participate in the creation of the production process from the beginning to the end. This will give you the opportunity to prove yourself and subsequently take a leadership position.

1.สร้างแบบตัดผ้าตาม DESIGN,วัตถุดิบและขนาดสินค้าที่กำหนด
2.ปรับแต่งแก้ไขรูปทรง-ขนาดสินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับ DESIGN และจดบันทึกรายละเอียดขนาดสินค้าตัวอย่างที่ทำไว้
3.พิจารณาและสังเกตปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในการสร้างแบบตัดและจดบันทึก
4.เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับช่างเย็บตัวอย่าง
5.แก้ไขแบบตัดตาม COMMENT
6.ขยายไซส์ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้
7.ระบุชิ้นส่วนที่ต้องนำไปทำงานขั้นตอนพิเศษลงบนแพทเทิร์น เพื่อให้ช่างตัดทราบ
8.คำนวณวัตถุดิบและอะไหล่ในแต่ละใบผลิตได้ถูกต้อง

Duties:

- Modeling and designing models of women's, men's and unisex clothing;
- Development of patterns according to terms of reference and sketch designs;
- Technical reproduction (grading) patterns, men's and women's sizes;
- selection of materials together with the designer according to the technical task;
- control of samples manufacturing, work with the designer;
- making measurements together with the designer; coordination of changes/additions, corrections, approval of the pattern;
- preparation of the final set of patterns for launching into production;
- making operational decisions in case of deviations from the reference design in the production process.

Requirements:

- profile education;
- manual design skills;
- working experience as a designer from 1 year;
- knowledge of the basics and principles of design, garment technology, materials science;
- availability of portfolio with realized projects;

มีประสบการณ์ในงานแพทเทิร์น อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
มีทักษะด้านการคำนวณวัตถุดิบและอะไหล่ในแต่ละใบผลิตได้อย่างถูกต้อง
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการวางมาร์ค หรือ สามารถสร้างแพทเทิร์นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Personal qualities:
- taste and general idea of trends in modern street and avant-garde fashion;
- ability to seek and implement new and non-standard design and technological solutions;
- ability to design any product according to the designer's sketches;
