Bat Norton is one of the most progressive streetwear fashion brands in Russia with a 12 year history.

Today the company - a design studio and production in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar, online store and 12 company stores in 5 cities of Russia.
Now we are looking for a purchasing manager who can lead the department in six months. The one who love fashion, fabrics, negotiating with suppliers and the teamwork and non-trivial tasks.

We consider cooperation on a longterm basis. We carefully select candidates and looking not only for high level professionals, but also for a likeminded persons who will be the part of the team and love street fashion as we do.

Responsibilities:

-placing orders for fabrics and accessories from suppliers
-search for new suppliers of materials and components in Thailand and aproad;
-participation in the development of new items and products of the brand;
-interaction witn contractors:
-negotiating and building relationships with suppliers;
-quality control and delivery time of ordered materials;
-active interaction with employees of other departments – production

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. ควบคุม กำกับ ดูเเลบริหารจัดการงานของฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และงานด้านจัดซื้ออื่นๆ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายเเละนโยบายที่กำหนด
2.บริหารกระบวนการทำงานจัดซื้อ และกำหนดนโยบายการจัดซื้อ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กรได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน เเละโปร่งใส
3.เปรียบเทียบและเจรจาต่อรองกับคู่ค้า เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าที่มีคุณภาพ รวมถึงการบริหารต้นทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
4.ประสานงาน ติดต่อในเรื่องการจัดส่งสินค้าของ Supplier และติดตาม Supplier เพื่อให้ส่งสินค้าตามจำนวนและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
5.ควบคุมกระบวนการสั่งซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ สินค้า วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองสำนักงาน ตามงบประมาณที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ เเละควบคุมปริมาณสินค้าให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
6.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
