- Troubleshooting and providing consulting service end users and develop corrective actions to solve the operation issues - Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring and report : 1) Solve basic problems of IT equipment 2) Monitor stability of Network & Firewall 3) AD server management by add/delete user on AD server - Provide new equipment to new employee by cooperate with AX Admin.Center - Auction System support. 1) Monitor system every Auction round; Currently every Tuesday & Friday 2) Record video throughout auctioning 3) Cooperate with User & Developer for problem solution and development. - Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any support issues. - To be flexible work at Auction Express KM.25 and Suwintawong Yard
