You will have to look outside the box for a better way to do things and disrupting our way of working (technology-wise). You will carry out projects and initiatives from the start across the finish line. That includes pitching ideas, evaluating solutions and technology, planning and executing. You will have chances to work both as individual or as a team to solve complex and cross-functional business problems The ideal candidate should have an interest in technology and data, and have a good sense of people as this job is quite demanding in people skills. Key points • Management Trainee, Fast-track • Small smart team to create huge impact • New graduates are welcome Responsibility • Identify improvement opportunities of current business operations in line with business strategies and direction • Collaborate across functions to solve complex business issues • Work with business units to drive changes and initiatives • Manage strategic/ transformational type of projects and initiatives • Communicate and engage stakeholders to gain buy-in • Develop and implement data collection systems, and use data analytics to optimize business processes. • Collect data and information and conduct business analysis. • When necessary, conduct primary or secondary research and data collection for analysis • Keep up with the latest tech and innovations.

• • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other related field • Proficient in Ms. Excel • Ability to use analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, Data studio, VBA) is a plus. • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills • Strong passion for business transformation and interested in a general business, operations and technology • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues. • Real desire for challenges and fast-paced knowledge development with result-oriented mind • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
