• Job summary We are looking for motivated and coachable Sales Officer to join our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You will work close with marketing and logistics team to successfully delivery company's value and products. Smart Sales will develop sale plan, utilized data analytics and CRM tool, and work with team to achieve sale targets and team KPI's. RK's product has a strong brand awareness. We have various product lines that covers M&E and HVAC work e.g. steel pipe, copper pipe, insulation Responsibility • Plan, forecast and drive sales to achieve sale targets and team KPI's and budget. • Build and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. • Collaborate with sales coordinator and logistics team to fulfill client's request and deliveries. • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports. • Manage for payment collection from the clients • Full utilization of the CRM system as part of the selling tool. เรากำลังเปิดรับสมัคร ตำแหน่ง Sales Officer เข้าร่วมทีมขาย เรามองหาคนที่มีไฟ (motivated) และรักการเรียนรู้ (coachable) Sales Officer มีหน้าที่ผลักดันยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย คุณจะได้ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีมการตลาดและทีมจัดส่งเพื่อส่งมอบสินค้าและประสบการณ์อันดีให้แก่ลูกค้า ทีมขายของเราทำงานแบบ smart นั่นคือใช้ data จาก CRM ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด สร้างแผนการขาย เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าการขายและ KPI ของทีม แบรนด์ RK เป็นที่ยอมรับอย่างสูงในท้องตลาด เรามีสินค้าที่หลายหลายและครอบคลุม ท่อเหล็ก / งาน M&E / งาน HVAC ทั้งระบบ Key points • ท่อเหล็ก / งาน M&E / งาน HVAC ทั้งระบบ • ทำงานเป็นระบบ มีโอกาสเติบโตเป็นหัวหน้าทีม • คอมมิชชั่น 20k - 80k / เดือน หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ • วางแผน ประเมิน และผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าการขาย, KPI และ budget ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า โดยให้การสนับสนุน ข้อมูล และคำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้า • ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ช่วยเซลล์ และทีมจัดส่ง เพื่อให้การขายและการเติมเต็มออเดอร์ลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง และรวดเร็ว • เก็บข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ และจัดเตรียมรายงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • จัดการกระบวนการเก็บเงินและติดตามเงินจากลูกค้า • ใช้ระบบ CRM ให้เกิดประโยชน์กับการขายสูงสุด

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin. or related field with GPA at least 2.8 • Welcome fresh graduate who has passionate to be Sales • Has excellent sales record from similar position in selling high quality products to Industrial users is a plus • Proficient computer skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Proactive, problem solving, and excellent communication skills. • Excellent at negotiation skills and technical sales ability • Highly motivated self-starter, energetic, focused, and result-oriented • Own valid driving license • Proficiency command in English
