Operation Reservation Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and manage tasks for a travel agent To support the operation team and make sure travel trips run according to schedule Be active response to solve any unforeseen problems Confident in making phone calls and follow up calls Reply to bookings from customers by email and communicate with suppliers both in Thai and English Prepare travel itineraries and ensure that all the needs of the customers are met Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities Contacting suppliers, hotels, tour guides, and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements Advising the customer about travel issues, including required documentation Research information on hotel accommodation or new travel programs Interested in customer service Interested in Thailand tourism industry Qualifications & Requirements Open to Thai candidates Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the tourism industry (Experience in Tour Operations / Hotel or Travel Business is preferred) Good connection with other ground tour operators Good command of English and Thai with oral and written skills in both languages Good personality and interpersonal skills plus a strong skill in service job
