• Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Sleek EV in Prom Phong, Sukhumvit Soi 22, Bangkok. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support our mission of revolutionizing the EV industry. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance to provide actionable insights. - Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. - Business Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track the performance of various business units and provide regular reports to leadership. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and threats. - Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for new projects, products, or features. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, and work with teams to implement changes. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Documentation: Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or clean energy industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and market trends is a plus.
