Your meticulous planning and execution will contribute to the company's growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including product launches, dealer events, and trade shows. - Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation. 2. Production Oversight: - Manage the production of promotional materials, including videos, brochures, and branded merchandise. - Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables. 3. Budget Management: - Develop and manage event and production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Negotiate contracts and seek cost-saving opportunities. 4. On-Site Event Execution: - Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up, registration, and coordination of staff and volunteers. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events. 5. Brand Consistency: - Ensure all offline events and production materials align with our brand's identity, tone, and messaging guidelines. 6.
