หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main Job Description: -Research and develop relationships with influencers within the F&B, Travel, & Tourism space Identify like-minded brands to coordinate giveaway opportunities and monitor giveaway after launch -Develop content calendar on a weekly and monthly basis for each brand -Create engaging blog and social media content -Oversee community management for social profiles and ensure all messages, comments, and questions are addressed promptly -Provide support to team on-site at video and photo shoots as well as company events -Create monthly social media reports using Facebook Insights, Iconosquare, and other Analytics -Research and Stay up to date on Platform changes -Be up to date on the current and new media technologies Budget/Costing -Optimize the social media platforms (Line, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & TikTok) Plan, create & schedule social media content on social media platforms (Line, Facebook, Instagram) -Plan, create, schedule & optimize Line Broadcast Content translation from English to Thai -Response to guest queries, review & comments on social media platforms (Line, Facebook, Instagram) -Provide weekly/monthly performance update

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in related field. At least 2 years’ working experience in Social Media Management. xcellent written and social marketing conversational skills, software, strong editing and attention to detail. Experienced using a variety of popular social media, CMS such as Wordpress or similar and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Suite (must) etc. Ability to think creatively/outside the box and ability to work under pressure. Open for fresh graduates with a knowledge in social media/digital marketing Strong command in English & Thai language (Written & Verbal) Knowledge & experience in using Google Analytics & Facebook Business would be an advantage Knowledge in creating a content for social media platform Experience in Hospitality industry would be an advantage
