· Review architectural plans and prepare bill of quantities (Civil and MEP) · Assist Project Manager with Property Due Diligence inspections and reports. · Estimate costs for labor and materials · Set budgets, inventory needs, and materials · Prepare tender documents · Review and make recommendations as to tender received. · Negotiate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers · Prepare contract documents · Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs · Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets · Keep track of construction materials and inventory · Identify potential financial or construction risks · Advise on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs · Prepare payments for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers · Document progress, materials, and reports on project · Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates · Analyze completed projects to determine future projects and compare costs
