หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · 8-10 years of work experience in hospitality interior design projects. · Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration. · Create main Concept and Design Development of the Interior Design and some Exterior Design. · Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes. · Specify materials and furnishings. · Coordinate with acquisition team, technical teams, operation team, Graphic team and etc. · Manage project timeline, budget, deliverables and resources. · Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture and equipment for latest information · Inspect and control all work processes. · Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards. · Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project. · Oversee lower-level Architect, draftsmen and technicians and evaluates their work. · Be able to work under pressure and short deadline schedules · Working skills for the following software: Sketch up, Autocad, Photoshop, Office package. · 3D Max rendering skills would be an additional asset. · Be able to communicate in English language is a must
