• Job description - Welcoming and giving information to customers - Recording customer’s information and follow up with customers after sales - Negotiating and closing the sales - Liaise with people outside the organization such as real estate agents. Requirements - 1 - 2 years of experience in sales - Experience working as an sale relate with condo and construction (is advantage) - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Have a car and motorcycle license - Speak English very well - Speak Thai influent - Third Language is advantage - Open for Thai and foreigner people - Multi task and flexible skills - Friendly and personable demeanor. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary + Commissions negotiable Working day : 5 or 6 days a week negotiable
